Four jobs, four different questions
ACE’s original catalogue separates rammers, scarifiers, trowels, slurry pumps and a road-maintenance category. [3] The following routes help structure an enquiry; they do not assign a particular model’s performance to the entire range.
Manufacture and import are both in its own description
The English introduction says ACE imports and manufactures light construction equipment and refers to the Ningbo region’s machining workshops. [2] The Chinese page identifies its small construction-equipment business, and the service page describes design, assembly, commissioning, repair and after-sales teams. [1][4]
Ask which model is manufactured or assembled by the contracting entity, which operations are supplied by other workshops and which products are imported. The group’s manufacturing statement does not prove that every catalogue category comes from one owned factory.
No reviewed page gives a current audited plant area, production rate, inspection-equipment list or valid quality-system certificate. The site’s general quality and experience statements are supplier descriptions. A procurement requiring factory qualification should request the actual manufacturing location, responsible entity and item-linked process/inspection documents.
Keep ACE’s trading name tied to the Chinese entity
The Chinese website names 宁波弘丰浩能机械有限公司. Its English introduction uses ACE Machinery Co., Ltd. and its English footer says Ningbo ACE Machinery. [1][2] Chinese business-registration data records the same Chinese name, a 2007 incorporation and the same website mailbox and telephone. This corroborates the catalogue identity, without establishing a newly checked registration status.
The supplier displays a Caijiacao Village Industrial Zone contact in Zhonghe, Yinzhou, Ningbo. The registration data also gives a Panhuqiao registered location and older contact variants. Obtain the current full production and contracting addresses; do not treat these different address roles as one confirmed plant.
The original logo and rammer artwork include TEESIN branding, while ACE appears on the pictured equipment. No trademark-ownership or distributor-authorisation document was reviewed. Have the quotation identify the delivered brand/nameplate, legal manufacturer and contracting entity. This page does not assert a formal ownership relationship among those marks.
Standardise the configuration before standardising the fleet
The four-model sheet pairs different engine descriptions with CT-73RA, CT-73H, CT-78DA and CT-70HA. [6] For CT-78DA it lists an A.C.E F210 diesel engine; the Robin/Honda entries belong to other rows. A purchase described only as “ACE rammer” leaves service and stocking decisions unresolved.
Request the current model revision, actual engine, foot assembly, controls, transport provisions and instructions. For multiple units, agree serial identification, component substitutions and the spare-parts references supplied with each shipment. If a model is revised, require the supplier to state which older spares and manuals remain applicable.
HSE’s construction guidance includes compactors among equipment needing a vibration-risk assessment and recommends obtaining relevant manufacturer information. [7] Ask ACE for measured handle-vibration data with test method and usage conditions, as well as noise information. The reviewed rammer sheet supplies neither; its impact frequency cannot substitute for handle acceleration or establish a safe exposure duration.
Make parts support an order deliverable
- Before quotation: identify the exact model/engine and required accessories; request an exploded drawing and maintenance schedule.
- Before release: agree inspections and a demonstration relevant to the proposed task. Ask for required destination documents and current instructions.
- Before dispatch: confirm machine/engine serials, packing contents, spares and the written warranty’s responsibility and exclusions.
- At receipt: match nameplates and documents, record shipping discrepancies and preserve the supplier’s contact and order references.
The source sheet illustrates filters, bellows and other parts but gives no part-number schedule or compatibility map. A similar-looking spare is not an approved replacement. Obtain references for the actual engine and rammer revision, quantities, dispatch terms and responsibility for diagnosing failures.
The company describes after-sales work but publishes no complete warranty, current parts inventory or response-time agreement in the reviewed pages. [4]
