Your enquiry information stays out of the public directory.

Contact names, email addresses and submitted requirements are collected to review applications or handle sourcing requests. They are stored privately and are not published as directory content. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Accounts and private records

Account data is used for verification, access control and the requested sourcing workflow. Administrator access is controlled by permissions. Supplier conversations are associated with their intended participants; the public directory does not expose private conversation text or contact fields.

Cookies and optional analytics

Session and authentication cookies support account access, security and saved workflow state. Optional analytics, when configured, uses the platform’s analytics choice interface.

Company contact details

Manufacturer email addresses are kept out of public profiles. Enquiries reach manufacturers through the platform. Essential account messages are separate from any marketing preference.
