CivilEquip is a directory and enquiry platform, not a seller. A sourcing enquiry is not an order. Confirm specifications, terms and suitability with the manufacturer before contracting.

Information and quotations

Catalogue items and procurement questions help prepare an enquiry. Source information may change; ask the supplier to confirm the exact order code, current documents and quotation scope. A profile is not an independent performance test or factory inspection.

Account and submission responsibilities

Provide accurate information and only submit documents or images you are entitled to use. A factory application, approved account representative and published listing are separate states. Keep login credentials private and report suspected misuse through the contact form.

Before a transaction

Agree on product configuration, acceptance documents, responsibilities and delivery terms with the contracting supplier. The platform does not establish a purchase contract or guarantee payment, response, suitability or delivery.

Test deployment and formal terms

The operator’s identity, applicable jurisdiction and formal legal terms must be provided and reviewed before public launch. Contact the platform with a question or correction. Read the privacy disclosure and listing policy.
