Track-shoe bolt references

The official detailed table contains metric and imperial track references alongside unrelated tooth-block bolts. Selected rows are reproduced for identification, with source conflicts left visible.

Find the complete string, then confirm the drawing

These selected entries come from the actual track side of the manufacturer’s mixed track/tooth-block table. [1] They are identification leads, not approved interchangeability. Inch fractions and explicitly stated mm lengths are preserved; no blank field is invented.

11 selected source rows shown. No matching nut or machine fit is established.

The official table has further entries and repeats. This is a selected review table, not an exhaustive range or current stock list. Source weight heading “K” is not given a unit here; no shipping weight is derived.

Do not repair an ambiguous part number silently

Duplicate pitch

101-32-11210 appears twice with pitches 1 and 1.5. Obtain a supplier-confirmed drawing and compare the actual mating thread; do not choose one because it is more familiar.

Irregular notation

The source prints 21-UNF and 22-UNF for two 1/2-diameter entries. Preserve the issue for clarification, rather than changing the table and treating the edited number as verified.

Other original rows have unspecified units or missing lengths, and tooth-block bolts occupy a neighbouring table. [1] A broad title or adjacent picture cannot fill those gaps. OEM-style strings do not prove genuine OEM manufacture or authorized supply.

Diameter, pitch and length are only part of the fit

Head and seat
Exact head geometry, seating face and tool/access clearance in the track shoe.
Shank and grip
Drawing dimensions, thread extent, length measurement convention and actual clamped arrangement.
Mating hardware
Controlled nut/washer references, thread and material/property requirements; not a pairing guessed from diameter.
Machine method
Equipment-approved installation procedure, finish/lubrication conditions and inspection requirements.

The two M20×1.5 examples above are 54 and 93 mm long. A matching thread does not make them interchangeable. The same applies to altered head, grip or thread extent even when a headline length matches.

Can a torque value be supplied from this table?

No source joint-specific schedule is established. Obtain the actual machine-approved procedure and conditions. Diameter and a grade label alone are insufficient for this assembly.

Assign material and grade to the actual offer

The separate track-plate promotional page mixes carbon/stainless materials, multiple property classes and finishes. [2] It does not define one 42CrMo/12.9/coating combination for all the references above.

  1. Specify the part. Controlled drawing and applicable thread/material/property requirements.
  2. Specify the finish. Exact treatment and agreed inspection, with its relevance to the installation conditions.
  3. Specify the lot evidence. Actual maker, traceability and agreed dimensional/mechanical records and acceptance.

ISO 898-1 concerns metric carbon/alloy steel fastener properties. [3] It is not an imperial-thread specification or evidence these supplied bolts passed tests. No fatigue, corrosion-life or joint-performance claim is made by CivilEquip.
