Map the cargo from hold to destination
- 1
Vessel and intake
Provide ship/hatch/hold dimensions, laden and empty conditions, tide levels and berth clearance. These define the actual access task.
- 2
Unloader and transfer
Identify the selected unloading principle, movement arrangement, cargo and duty. Specify where the unloader ends and the downstream system starts.
- 3
Receiving route
Draw the truck or silo route, horizontal/vertical distances, bends and receiving equipment. Show the destination’s constraints and concurrent operation.
The original company questionnaire asks for these interfaces, including direct truck loading, pipeline-to-silo and mechanical conveying routes. [3] This is a more useful basis for an enquiry than choosing a headline capacity without a route.
Separate unloading principle from mounting form
| Company family | Published principle | Review against the project |
|---|---|---|
| XS | Negative-pressure pneumatic unloading | Actual cargo, air/material separation and subsequent conveying |
| LX | Continuous screw unloading | Intake access and mechanical transfer arrangement |
| GLD | Continuous chain-bucket unloading | Mechanical handling route, access and downstream interfaces |
| SL | Bulk/bagged ship loading | Loading duty; not an unloading capacity comparison |
These families are named in the company profile. [1] The pneumatic detail separately offers fixed, rail-mobile, tyre-mobile and ship-mounted fixed arrangements. [2] A movement form is not a different material-handling principle.
The official form asks questions a capacity figure cannot answer
- Cargo behaviour
- Bulk density; abrasive, adhesive, hygroscopic, bridging or fragile properties; separate records for multiple materials.
- Rail and structure
- Travel distance, rail section/gauge, allowed water-side/land-side wheel loads, clearance and cable-reel/conveyor location.
- Ship and tide
- Ship length/width/depth, hatch geometry, empty waterline-to-hatch distance, hold bottom, high/low tide and fender width.
- Utilities and route
- Supply/operating/control voltages, frequency and required protection; dimensioned route, silo dimensions/quantity and bends.
The 2022 form also asks for annual throughput, berthing time, ambient temperature/humidity/wind and the required supply scope. [3] Its capacity tick-boxes extend to 800/1,200 t/h across unloading types; they must not be copied into the pneumatic page as available model ratings.
Verify the contracting entity and comparable reference
The current site names 杭州云天港口机械装备有限公司. The historical directory record uses 杭州云天荣业机械装备有限公司. Their legal relationship is unresolved; they are not treated as authenticated aliases. [1] Confirm seller, manufacturer and contracting entity. The homepage labels its Hangzhou address a sales centre, not an inspected production site. [4]
Supplier-listed references include Brunei cement handling M-XZ2Z200 and a Shanghai wharf heading describing a 200 t/h screw unloader. The Brunei entry supplies a heading/illustrations rather than a readable performance acceptance record. [5] Request comparable cargo, route, configuration and acceptance evidence; neither project title supplies your proposed pneumatic installation’s guaranteed rate.
The profile’s 1996 development, 2011 appraisal and 2012 high-technology designation are dated company claims. They are not presented as verified current credentials or independently established “first” achievements.
Turn a project promise into a scope and test agreement
Included equipment
Unloader, auxiliaries, dust/air equipment, conveying, controls and receiving connections; list exclusions and every battery limit.
Site responsibility
Foundations/rails, structural verification, power, lifting/access, installation and commissioning responsibilities.
Acceptance
Defined cargo and route, sustained/net duty, measurement period, interruptions, clean-out/residual cargo and agreed operating conditions.
Operator training, maintenance access, spare parts and operational safety belong in the project review. ILO publishes port safety guidance; [6] it is not a Yuntian certification or a substitute for the terminal’s applicable requirements. CivilEquip has not visited a manufacturing site or witnessed unloading performance.

- Current company and commercial scope
Current company name, XS/LX/GLD/SL families and dated development/designation claims. Relationship to the older registered entity unresolved.
Checked: 2026-10-11 - Pneumatic-unloader detail
Operating chain, four installation forms, configurable 50–400 TPH and 500–50,000 DWT range; not a guarantee for every cargo/configuration.
Checked: 2026-10-11 - 2022 ship-unloader enquiry and linked original form
Original DOC actually read: cargo, rail/wheel loads, vessel/tide geometry, route, utilities and scope inputs. Cross-family form is not a pneumatic rating sheet.
Checked: 2026-10-11 - Current project headings and sales-centre address
Supplier-listed terminal references and explicitly labelled Hangzhou sales centre; no performance acceptance record.
Checked: 2026-10-11 - Brunei cement project entry
M-XZ2Z200 project heading and illustrations; no readable independent test/acceptance data established.
Checked: 2026-10-11 - ILO port safety code publication
Authoritative port-management safety guidance publication; not an equipment approval or measured supplier performance.
