Choose the scope before the chassis class
A complete machine is not implied by the running-gear offer.
The official introduction identifies 杭州徐迈工程机械有限公司 in Zhangjiaqiao Village, Jinhua Town, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. It describes hydraulic systems for tracked and rubber-tracked chassis and other industrial applications, and offers hydraulic-station design/customisation. [1] The visible chassis catalogue is part of this broader hydraulic business.
| Boundary to contract | Supplier deliverable to define | Buyer/integrator responsibility to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical chassis | Assembly drawing, mounting interfaces, track/drive configuration and supported load conditions | Upper structure, actual mass distribution and machine-level acceptance |
| Hydraulic station | Circuit, operating supply, protection, cooling, filtration and interface definition | Power source, connected functions and duty supplied to the designer |
| Controls & commissioning | Agreed controls, documents and commissioning scope if included | Integration authority and completed-machine checks; excluded work must have an owner |
This table is CivilEquip’s procurement boundary map, not a claim that every item is included. The hydraulic-station page is a separate catalogue entry and does not establish a completed system specification. [4]
Convert catalogue names into load cases
A tonnage heading needs an engineering definition.
The selected entry is titled “100吨宽轨履带底盘”. At review it provides the name and photograph without a readable detailed table. It does not say whether 100 tonnes means gross supported mass, payload or another supplier class. [3] Do not approve a purchase against an undefined numerical label.
Supported equipment
Provide total supported mass, load distribution, centre-of-gravity envelope, mounting geometry and moving/operating load conditions. Ask which of those cases the proposed chassis rating covers.
Terrain and movement
Describe terrain, surface bearing conditions, gradients and required movement/duty. Ask for supported limits and the basis for track contact and stability data; width alone cannot establish them.
The homepage separately names electric-driven, four-drive, tidal-flat and 160-ton chassis entries. [2] Those are alternatives to discuss, not features that automatically attach to the 100-ton offer. A tidal-flat title does not supply a flotation or corrosion qualification. Identify the actual proposed variant and obtain its own data.

Make interfaces and acceptance visible
Keep chassis tests and completed-machine tests distinct.
- 1
Issue the integration definition
Freeze the upper structure, loads, mounting and required travel duty. Request Xumai’s proposed assembly, drive and hydraulic/electrical interface documents.
- 2
Agree the package and test basis
Define which checks occur before dispatch, their load arrangement and acceptance criteria. Replace “100-ton test” with a specific method and recorded conditions.
- 3
Handover to the machine integrator
Identify commissioning responsibility, machine-level verification, operating documents, service parts and change-control requirements. Supplier and buyer acceptance scopes must meet at the same interface revision.
For buyer-supplied hydraulics, obtain pressure, flow, return/drain requirements and drive data instead of assuming the chassis includes its own station. For a combined offer, require the circuit and duty conditions as part of the approved package. Neither route has been independently engineered by CivilEquip.
What external company evidence was established?
A BICES exhibitor-list candidate was located, but the original PDF could not be retrieved during this review. It is not adopted as a verified source or qualification claim. The introduction rests on the directly read official pages, with current factory audit, model load-test evidence and certificate scope still unverified.
