The current site names 杭州联动制造有限公司 and Hangzhou Unimotics Mechanical Co., LTD. Its portfolio includes worm, hypoid and helical gearboxes, PC units, speed variators, poultry gearboxes and accessories. [1] These are transmission components; no engineering-machine OEM fit or qualified drivetrain replacement is established.

The OEM page says its internal production includes die casting, machining, assembly and quality inspection, and describes worm gearbox manufacturing for international customers since 2007. [2] This is the supplier’s stated process, not a site audit or proof of a specific order’s origin.

Share the duty and space constraints before choosing a custom dimension. A convenient shaft does not prove the selected gearbox meets the load, thermal or service requirements of the application.

Published options include shaft/bore length and diameter, input/output flanges, ratio, housing colour and nameplate. [2] Specify the mechanical interfaces separately from appearance. A custom nameplate does not establish a tested rating or another brand’s approved substitute.

The HMRV entry lists IEC, servo-motor, NEMA or custom flange options. [3] These labels are not a dimensioned interface guarantee. Provide the actual motor model and drawing; confirm motor supply, assembly and responsibility for any adapter.

5. Control changes: require agreement before changes to interfaces, materials, relevant components or production location.

The reviewed public pages do not give a sample report, noise test method, efficiency map, backlash limit or configuration-specific life test. Request those characteristics when they matter to the application. Do not turn general “quiet” or “reliable” descriptions into a numerical acceptance threshold.

For repeat supply, agree lot identification, inspection records, spare availability and how a rejected unit is investigated. Confirm the working lubricant/mounting instructions and the support supplied when the gearbox is integrated into a larger machine.
