The introduction reports twelve series and more than a thousand variants. [1] That range is a supplier statement, not a promise that every family fits the same joint. The reviewed JDB sheet identifies a cylindrical brass/graphite bushing and offers a dimension matrix. [2] It should not supply the ratings for MX-1, MXJF or MXF by analogy.
Describe the motion and surrounding parts
For a pin joint or replacement
Provide the old bushing drawing, shaft/pin dimensions and condition, housing bore and available length. Record whether the movement is oscillating, rotating or sliding, and where the load acts. The catalogue cannot reconstruct a worn bore’s original fit.
For a new component
Describe load and duty, movement range/frequency, temperature, contamination and available maintenance. Ask Mingxin to propose a specific material and geometry with supporting limits, rather than choosing a series from “construction machinery” alone.
The JDB matrix includes different outside diameters for the same nominal bore. For example, the sheet shows both 20/28 and 20/30 mm bore/outside-diameter rows. [2] A purchasing description of “20 mm self-lubricating bush” loses a material interface dimension. Keep the length, tolerances, pin/housing condition and installation instructions in the approved specification.
Connect the claimed inspection process to your batch
The production illustration labels drilling, graphite insertion, lathe and machining-centre work, finishing/CNC operations, inspection, hardness testing and packing. [6] It helps frame questions about how the metal body, lubricant plugs and final geometry are controlled; it does not establish that every illustrated operation applies in that order to every bearing.
Mingxin describes operator self-inspection, inspection patrols and records through manufacturing stages. It also uses ISO9001 wording and claims complete outgoing conformity. [1] CivilEquip has not authenticated a current certificate, audited that process or verified a zero-defect rate. For a purchase, request the evidence that corresponds to the selected drawing and delivered batch.
- Approve the material and drawing. Name the metal matrix and solid lubricant, tolerances, plug arrangement where controlled, and revision. Resolve any difference from the catalogue.
- Agree inspection points. Identify applicable dimensional checks, material evidence, surface condition and acceptance limits. Clarify whether bore dimensions apply before or after installation.
- Trace the lot. Ask how a delivered lot connects to the agreed inspection and material records, and how rejected or substituted items are handled.
- Control repeat orders. Record approved changes, packing/storage requirements and remedies. Confirm actual quoted lead time; reported annual capacity is not available capacity for your order.
Company identity has a useful cross-check, with source limits
The current website names 嘉善铭鑫轴承股份有限公司 and gives Linjiang Road 137, building D5, Ganyao Town, Jiashan. The Sino-Pack 2024 organiser catalogue identifies the same Chinese name, “Jiashan Mingxin Bearing Co., Ltd.”, website and address. Its profile reports self-lubricating-bearing manufacture and construction-machinery applications. [3] [4] This cross-check supports the directory match; exhibitor-supplied information is not a current registry or facility audit.
Why is the website’s excavator article not used for load ratings?
The 2018 article ends by naming Qufu Zhengxiang, a different manufacturer, and contains corrupted units. [5] We cannot attribute its load figures or application success to Mingxin. The actual JDB product sheet is used for documented material, geometry and fit recommendations; operating approval remains to be obtained for the selected joint.
Does “oilless” remove every maintenance requirement?
It describes the supplier’s bearing concept. Ask for the selected material’s installation, running-in, contamination protection, permitted lubrication and inspection instructions. It is not a promise that a machine joint can ignore pin wear or environmental conditions.
Give the supplier the joint, not just a bore diameter
