The website’s group-level area and patent totals are not used as this factory’s verified capacity. Its homepage also gives differing country totals. Neither figure answers which facility can build and support your agreed line. [1] The original project report supplies historical context under the exact Chinese name; its proposed machinery, building and output figures are explicitly plans. [6]

Junsheng describes optional dosing/mixing, die control, online thickness measurement, logo marking, winding, packaging and transport arrangements. [3] An option page does not mean all those items are included in a PSB quotation. Ask for a marked layout and equipment list showing what is included, optional, customer-supplied or excluded.

1. Material entry. Agree resin preparation, dosing, mixing and the treatment of regrind. Identify the feeder, storage and material-handling interfaces.
2. Extrusion and forming. Identify the extruder arrangement, die and forming tooling for each intended product. Specify which change parts and adjustment procedures are supplied.
3. Downstream work. Define lamination, punching, trimming, winding and roll handling. State roll dimensions/mass and finished-product identification.
4. Factory interfaces. Obtain electrical load, cooling requirements, air requirements where applicable, exhaust, foundations, access and maintenance clearance.
