01 / THE JOB COMES FIRST
Crush it or screen it: two different tools.
Juli designs, builds and sells excavator attachments. Its range covers JP/JM crusher buckets and JDS drum screens. The bauma CHINA listing adds hydraulic shears, combined crushing/screening tools and loader crusher buckets. Juli makes the attachment only, so you supply or source the excavator separately. [1] [3]
JDS60 data from Juli’s exhibitor product entry [5]. For either tool, give the material and output along with the carrier tonnage.
Need a bigger crusher? Look at the JM700.
The JM700 entry recommends 12–18 t excavators and lists adjustable output of 15–150 mm, reversible jaw plates and modular side plates. These figures belong to the JM700. Juli also names a motor brand, a steel grade and a wear life “three times” longer, without stating the test behind it. If you quote a JM700, have those items written into the offer for the build you buy. [4]
02 / JM-600 TECHNICAL STARTING POINT
Check three parts of the installation.
Juli’s values for this model, from its product page. [2]
Carrier & mounting
- Suggested excavator
- 5–10 t
- Attachment mass
- 850 kg
- A / B / C dimensions
- 1,450 / 950 / 1,030 mm
Get a mounting drawing that marks the A/B/C axes, pin centres, pin diameters, dipper width and coupler. The installer checks the load at your working reach.
Hydraulic circuit
- Working pressure
- 150–280 bar
- Oil flow
- 90–120 L/min
- Housing backpressure
- <10 bar
Compare these with the flow your auxiliary circuit delivers in normal operation. Ask Juli to show the return/drain arrangement and where pressure is measured.
Feed & bucket
- Feed opening W × H
- 620 × 280 mm
- Bucket capacity
- 0.3 m³
The opening sets the largest piece that fits by size. Hourly production and final grading depend on your material and settings, so ask for them separately.
03 / DEFINE THE OUTPUT YOU NEED
Match a demonstration to your material.
Juli lists concrete blocks, construction waste, pebbles, bluestone and basalt for the JM-600. It publishes no tonnes-per-hour figure, so agree the output on a trial with stated feed, moisture and output setting. [2]
Demolition and concrete
Note the largest pieces and any embedded metal or mixed debris. Agree what gets removed before feeding and how jams are cleared. Ask Juli for its operating instructions for that material.
Stone and backfill
Send the rock type and a typical size distribution. State the finished grading or the next use, so the offer says whether the crushed product meets your backfill spec.
For a useful trial, record the bucket model, carrier, hydraulic settings, incoming material, output setting and measured result. Ask whether the time includes loading and sorting. With those details written down, two offers can be compared on equal terms.
Juli’s project examples
Juli’s project index shows the JM900 on named carrier models in rubble, pebble and rock jobs. Some entries are still labelled as tests. Use the index to pick a demonstration topic, then ask for the operating record from a job with similar material and machine. [6]
04 / THE QUOTATION PACKAGE
Price the bucket and the working installation.
Juli offers site matching, equipment matching, parts supply and export support. [1] Ask for response times and parts stock in your country, and list the items below in the quotation.
Approved mounting drawing, coupler or pin arrangement, hoses/fittings, circuit requirements and who installs it.
Parts list for the ordered model, replacement instructions, price and lead time for the first wear-part set, and who to call about a fault. If you want the JM700 jaw features on a JM-600, ask whether they apply.
Exact build and serial number, manual language, dispatch inspection record, package dimensions/weight and the agreed delivery term. Conformity documents should name the unit and the destination.
Prepare a Juli attachment enquiry
Include the excavator make/model and circuit data, mounting arrangement, material and largest feed pieces, required output, quantity and delivery country. Say whether you need a crushing or a screening tool. Ask Juli to confirm in writing for your order: the fit with your carrier, the trial output on your material, the parts stock for your country, the certificates for the unit you buy and the legal seller on the contract.
05 / COMPANY & DOCUMENTS
Who Juli is and where it is listed.
Company website
Juli is based in Xiaoshan and covers R&D, production, sales and support. The site shows ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CE headings. Ask for the current certificates with holder name, scope and expiry date. [1]
Trade-fair organiser
bauma CHINA lists Hangzhou Juli Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. at booths E4.143 and H1.823, as checked on 7 October 2026. Juli wrote the range descriptions in that listing. [3]
Juli’s site also gives customer and country counts. Ask for buyer references in your region, and name the legal seller and the ordered unit in the contract.
